Recent projects

• Built a collaborative Microsoft PowerApps workflow app to manage referrals at a large specialty practice, replacing a paper-based tracking system.
• As a follow-on to the previous project, enabled referring practices to securely observe the status of their referrals in real-time, via a web-based portal. Facilitated on-boarding of guest users.
• Empowered an internal team at a 900 person primary care practice to revitalize their SharePoint Online based Intranet. Developed an information architecture. Created a Power Automate flow to automate the process of converting and publishing Microsoft Word source documents in a private library to PDF documents available to the whole practice.
• Developed an IT Help Desk Tickets app using a PowerApp canvas form and PowerAutomate to send notifications to requesters.
